Senior Girls’ School

Welcome to St. Patrick’s Senior Girls’ School.

We know how important the transition to Senior School is for your daughter’s education and her personal development. Our dedicated and experienced staff will give your daughter the skills and confidence to take her from her first tentative steps in Form one, to becoming an articulate young woman ready to face the challenges beyond school.

Students at St. Patrick’s Senior Girls benefit from the small class sizes, on average of fifteen students per class. Tuition is very much centered on the students, who are encouraged to participate fully and, most importantly, to think for themselves.

Girls are encouraged to develop their own passion for learning, to develop a spirit of enquiry and to become increasingly self-directed in their study. Their teachers assist them in learning how to balance their academic interests and their other interests. The teachers inspire the students to make the most of their unique talents, as well respond to their questioning and curiosity.

We host a range of in-house extracurricular activities which foster teamwork and discipline, including sports, music and debating. Our aim is to prepare students for a well-balanced, holistic life.

We expect full commitment from our students and have strict rules on discipline, effort, attendance and timely submission of assignments.

The School offers a strong system of counselling and pastoral support to the girls throughout their time at the School.
